• Hassle-Free Process: Request a free return or replacement within 30 days of delivery for defective items or shipping damage.

• Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Customized products (e.g., engraved glassware) are final sale unless defective.

• Process:

  1. Email support@betterlifeshow.com with photos of the issue and your order number.

  2. Upon approval, we’ll email a prepaid return label.

  3. Refunds or replacements will be processed within 3 business days after receiving the returned item.
